Staff Tipping 
Rates do not include gratuities for staff. Tipping the staff at the end of your stay is customary in Mexico. The amount one tips depends, of course, on the quality of the service received, number of guests, the length of the stay, etc… We are often asked how much to tip in Puerto Vallarta and have established a general guideline that may be of help to you. It is customary for each guest to pay a “propina” (gratuity) of $80 to $160 Pesos ($4 - $8 USD) per day-per guest, on the last day of your stay. For example, for a one week 7 day stay, each guest pays somewhere between $480 - $960 Pesos ($24 to $48 USD) calculated at only 6 days of service, since the staff normally does not work on Sunday). 
 
We refund the deposit within 7 days after check-out.

Yes, but we are not fully prepared for infants. Guests must supply any essentials.

We are flexible with check-in or check out time if it does not conflict with housekeeping and new guest check-ins.

Our house manager Alfredo will assist with all requests.
Our in-house staff will also assist with house requests.
If we're in-town, we are happy to assist as well.

Our friendly house staff, Angela & Antonio will be onsite everyday (except Sundays & Holidays).

- You will be greeted with a welcome snack and drink 

- Breakfast: The staff will prepare a complimentary full breakfast every morning of your stay usually around 9:00 am or at time requested. (except Sundays & Holidays).

- Additional Meals*: Upon request, (24 hours notice) the staff can prepare Lunch, Appetizers or Supper. There is no additional charge for the meal preparation, but the guest is responsible for the cost of food and beverages plus $400 pesos for travel and shopping time. While there is no charge for the additional preparation, it’s customary to leave the staff a tip for this extra service after the meal.

If guests choose to cook a meal, they may use ONLY the upstairs kitchen and are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and washing dishes after the meals they prepare and make. There is also an extra fridge downstairs by the main dining room for guest use.

There are 2 or 3 steps to get to the first floor. There is one Den/Bedroom on the 1st floor. It is NOT wheelchair accessible to the second floor.
